I completely forgot to report about our speed workout this past week. We did eight 1/4 mile sprints. For some reason, I'm having diffculty deleting some of the saved workouts from my sport watch, so the memory keeps getting full. Consequently, I can't save complete current workouts. Following are the first five sprints:

Though in the 80s, it wasn't overly hot and we felt pretty good. We had not done sprints in a couple of weeks and it felt good.
