At 7:30 this evening I went out for a 60-min walk. Our Big Sur training schedule says 45-60 min (but I just remembered the 60 min part), so I walked 57 min thinking I was cheating. The joke is on me!
Anyway, it was about 38 degrees, which was actually chilly considering how warm it was earlier today. I wore a light long-sleeved shirt, fleece vest, jacket, etc., but the shirt was just a little too thin. My arms were freezing for a long time - probably 30 min.
Because our walking club walks on Saturdays instead of Sundays, I may have to adjust our walking schedule a little. For this week, I'm leaving everything the same, just switching the long day and rest day.
